Understanding why I love my job as a colon hydrotherapist and the exciting things I get up to in my clinic.
Today I saw a first time male client, who when walking into my clinic was extremely nervous.
Seconds into the treatment he asked if the water was already going in... and yes it was. A treatment so gentle that he never even realised we had started.
It was amazing to see that he became intuative to his body's own moment and I assisted in teaching him how to do abdominal massage as part of the ongoing treatment plan for when he has left the clinic.
The relief and smile on his face at the end of the treatment meant only 1 thing. Job well done.
It didn't end there..... BIG hugs.... and his words 'thanks for listening Talita'.... quite a strange one, never thought that was what I was doing?
